10 PRODUCTS DIET

Ten products diet plan

The diet «ten products» suggests to limit a diet to following 10 products:

  1. Chicken breasts,
  2. Eggs,
  3. Kefir,
  4. Tomatoes,
  5. Cucumbers,
  6. Vegetable marrows,
  7. Cabbage or cauliflower,
  8. Eggplants,
  9. Mushrooms,
  10. Apples.

Every day it is necessary to include in a diet all products from the list, having limited thus quantity of meal in 1.5 kgs.

To the resulted list every day it is possible to add:

1 bulb, garlic, fennel, parsley, a lemon juice, 1 tsp of honey, green tea, 1 tbsp of olive oil, slice of wheat bread.

The diet calculated for 1 week, obviously does not concern to half-starved, however it and does not give improbable results: to grow thin it is possible a maximum on 1,5 kg. But we will not forget, that dieticians consider an indicator of 1-1,5 kg a week as the most comprehensible to our health. If it is reasonable to combine products, it is possible to prolong a diet for one week.
