12 days diet plan

This diet, as a matter of fact, consists of 12 days of limited intake of food. It is not recommended to apply so strict diet who has problems with health. It is possible to lose up to 20 lbs if seriously follow the menu. Some specialists say that, the diet is better transferred in the autumn or in the end of winter. Do not eat after 6 pm.

4, Vegtable day 1/2-1 kg of egg plants, herbal tea 10, Vegetable day Salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, parsley, fennel, season with vegetable oil and little salt; herbal tea
5, Chocolate day 1 chocolate bar (100 g), herbal tea 11, Cottage cheese day 750 g of low fat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, herbal tea
5, Apple day 1-1,5 kg of apples (out of skin), 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, herbal tea 11, Fruit day 1 kg of fresh plums or 500 g of prunes; 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, herbal tea
