3 day diet plan

3 day dietThe diet name speaks for itself: its prescriptions are necessary for observing within three days after that four days of a normal food follow. You can repeat the diet many times successively untill desirable results will be reached. With this diet it is necessary to drink a lot – 6-8 glasses of pure water a day. A diet convenient and easily caried.

1st day

Breakfast: black coffee or tea without sugar, a bread slice, 2 tsp of peanut butter or jam.
Snack: 1/2 grapefruits.
Lunch: 3.5 oz of (crude weight) chicken without a skin and fat, glass of boiled green beans, glass of boiled beets, crispbread. Slice chicken into thin pieces, add 1 tsp of soy sauce and, constantly stirring slowly, quickly fry on a dry non-stick frying pan.
Dinner: 1/2 can of tuna in oil, bread slice, 4 radish.
Before sleep: small apple.

2nd day:

Breakfast: black coffee or tea without sugar, 1 hardboiled egg, bread slice.
Snack: banana.
Lunch: 2 sausages, glass of a boiled broccoli, 1/2 glasses of carrots, crispbread. You may change with a following variant – broccoli + carrots with a glass of a dietary soup.
Dinner: glass of cottage cheese, 4 radish, fennel, 5 crackers.
Before sleep: tea, 2 prunes.

3rd day:

Breakfast: black coffee or tea without sugar, 5 crackers, cheese slice.
Snack: small apple.
Lunch: 1/2 glasses of tuna, glass of boiled beets, 1 glass of cauliflower, 1 crispbread. You may change tuna to 7 oz of chicken cooked as described above.
Supper: hardboiled egg, cucumber (fresh or pickle), 4 radish, bread slice.
Before sleep: 1/2 small melons or small apple.
