The purpose of this diet – to change food type (ration)! Good thing is that such diet does not bother; it’s just another nice various diet.
Do not consume: salt, alcohol, sugar, chocolate, bakery, mayonnaise.
Everything you will eat – should be either raw or boiled (steamed) only!
- STAGE 1: duration – 5 days;
What to eat:
Green beans, a decoy, rice, potatoes, buckwheat, tomato juice, peanuts, peas, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, walnuts, corn, hazelnuts, vegetable oil, coconut shaving, millet, oats, corn oil, lentil, refined vegetable oil, re-boiled water.
- STAGE 2: duration – days;
What to eat:
Tomatoes, cabbage, bell peppers, cucumbers, radish, onions, garlic, any greens, vegetable oils, beet, red beets, pumpkin, re-boiled water.
- STAGE 3: duration – 5 days;
What to eat:
Bananas, kiwi, plums, grapes, peach, pear, apricots, apples, fruit juice, mineral water, a feijoa, cherry, sweet cherry, a mulberry, re-boiled water.
- STAGE 4: duration 3 days;
What to eat:
Dried bananas, dried apricots, figs, dates, raisins, mineral water, and re-boiled water.
- STAGE 5: duration 3 days;
What to eat:
Honey yellow-orange dense with crystals, boiled water.
- STAGE 6:
From 4th stage (3 days);
From 3rd stage (3 days);
From 2nd stage (3 days);
From 1st stage (3 days);
- STAGE 7: duration of 4 weeks;
You can eat whatever you want, but once a week establish the unloading day (starve 24 or 36 hours, only drink re-boiled water).
