4 DAYS DIET

4 days diet plan

As it is clear from the name, the given diet is calculated for four days. It comes from the category of severe unloading diets, following this diet for more than 4 days is not recommended. For those, suffering serious chronic diseases before following diet consult the doctor first.

The first day

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 eggs, a coffee cup.
Lunch: 8 soaked prunes.
Dinner: 1 egg, hard-boiled, an orange.

The second day

Breakfast: 1 coffee cup, 100 g low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 pear, 1 glass of milk.

The third day

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea.
Lunch: 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and 100 g of cottage cheese.
Dinner: 1 glass of milk.

The fourth day

Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with juice or milk.
Lunch: 1 cucumber, 1 tomato.
Dinner: 2 oranges.
