Five day diet
Day 1: 1 cup of boiled rice;
Day 2: 6 boiled potatoes;
Day 3: 3 lbs of apples;
Day 4: 2 lbs of cottage cheese (lowfat);
Day 5: juices.
During all days drink mineral water, tea (without sugar) without restriction. To fix result, eat next 5 days only low-calorie products. You may eat different green salads, boiled meat, chicken.
Approximate result – about 10 lbs.
