7 DAY CLEANSING DIET PLAN

Cleaning diet: dedicate 1 week to your organism

cleansing dietPurpose of this 7 day cleaning diet is clearing of organism of toxins, stimulation of work of intestines, vitaminization and weight reduction. The diet contains all necessary vitamins, minerals and is rich in fiber. Indigestible fibers stimulate digestion; make active burning of fats, clear an organism of harmful products of metabolism. At this diet sugar level in blood is stabilized.

Within a week drink 2+ litres of liquid a day. Every night drink a glass of any sour-milk product (butter-milk, yogurt, fermented baked milk, etc.).

Exclude products: fat meat and meat products, smoked products; white loaf and bakery products; pasta and groats (except oats); fat whole milk, fat cheese, yogurts with additives; sugar and sweets; alcohol.

Recommended products: fast meat, chicken; fish; any vegetables and fruit; oat groats; low-fat milk, yogurt, cottage cheese; wholegrain bread; vegetable oil (corn, olive, sunflower); sugar substitute.

Approximate menu for a week.

1st day

Breakfast: half of grapefruit strewed with cinnamon, slice of cheese, slice of wheat bred, tea with sugar substitute.
Dinner: cream soup with vegetables, boiled chicken breast (100 g), salad with acrospired wheat and carrots, filled with corn oil with sesame seeds, glass of plum juice.
Snack: fruit cream from frozen fruit (70 g), glass of natural yogurt with 1 tsp of honey.
Supper: porridge cooked on skim milk with dried or fresh fruit, butter-milk (1 glass).

2nd day

Breakfast: fruit cream (kiwi, banana, raspberry) with natural yogurt, wholegrain roll.
Dinner: weak beef broth with a cracker, salad (avocado, tomato, cucumber, leaves of salad with a lemon juice and olive oil), stuffed with vegetables bell peppers, fresh peach.
Snack: green tea (1 glass), wholegrain toast.
Supper: baked fish (100 g), boiled potatoes in jackets, boiled vegetable marrows with olive oil (100 g), wholegrain toast, tea with sugar substitute.

3rd day

Breakfast: strawberry with sugar substitute (100 g), wholegrain toast (2 pieces), fresh orange juice.
Dinner: chicken broth with wholegrain toast, 2-3 boiled potatoes stuffed with tuna, cottage cheese and sweet corn, 2 fresh tomatoes, 5-6 fresh plums.
Snack: fresh fruit puree with natural yogurt.
Supper: boiled chicken (100 g), boiled brown rice (50 g), salad with fresh vegetables, and glass of warm milk.

4th day

Breakfast: muesli (30 g) with skim milk, fresh fruit, coffee with a sugar-substitute.
Dinner: cream soup with asparagus, chicken burger, salad with cabbage and fresh cucumber with vegetable oil and lemon juice, apple juice (1 glass).
Snack: sheep cheese (50 g) with fresh fruit salad.
Supper: corn porridge with honey and sesame seeds, slice of cheese, curdled milk (1 glass).

5th day

Breakfast: salad with pear, apple, banana, filled with yogurt, wholegrain toast, and coffee with milk.
Dinner: vegetable ragout with vegetable marrows, cauliflower, tomatoes with parsley greens, wholegrain toast, strawberry with skim milk.
Snack: sandwich with wholegrain breads with salad and avocado slices, orange juice (1 glass).
Supper: 2-3 baked apples with natural yogurt, slice of sheep cheese, wholegrain toast, tea with sugar substitute.

6th day

Breakfast: toast with baked tomatoes and cheese strewed with celery or parsley, tea with honey.
Dinner: fish soup with vegetables, wholegrain toast, stewed beef liver (100 g) with garnish of boiled beets, tomato juice (1 glass).
Snack: muesli without sugar with low-fat natural yogurt.
Supper: stewed liver (150 g), boiled potato (2 pieces), 2 tomatoes, tomato juice (1 glass).

7th day

Breakfast: slice of fast gammon, tomato, pineapple (100 g), wholegrain roll, warm milk (1 glass).
Dinner: vegetarian soup with fat-free sour cream, wholegrain roll, stewed fish (100 g), boiled string bean and salad leaves, 2 apples.
Snack: glass of fruit juice with wholegrain toast.
Supper: boiled salmon (150 g), salad with fresh cabbage and olives with a lemon juice, wholegrain roll, kiwi, tea with sugar substitute.
