Anti cellulite diet by Nicole Ronsard

It’s not exactly a diet, but the 10-day course of purifying nutrition, because the right nutrition is the way that leads to deliverance cellulite. Author of this method – famous Nicole Ronsard and her book “Beyond Cellulite”.
For all days exclude consuming salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine. Drink not less than 1/2 gallon of water.
At first day (later – all odd days) you can eat only raw fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast: fruits
Lunch: veggie salad seasoned with a bit of olive oil, DO NOT add salt and other souses. You might add some almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame.
Dinner: just like lunch meal or fruits first than salad. Completely eliminate dairy products! Nicole recommends to add to your salad some wheat and other grains.
Second day: fruits only (except bananas).
Fourth day and all even days, except the second one, – the same as for odd days. One difference – partly consume cooked vegetables (steam cooked) and add grains such as rice, buckwheat, oatmeal. You might add fat-free yogurt, but it’s not recommended. At the beginning of this diet important to eat raw products first and cooked after that.
Between the fruits Nicole recommends pineapples, grapefruits, oranges, mandarins, mangoes, kiwi, grapes, apples, pears etc.
Nicole Ronsard favorite fruits are mango, pineapple, kiwi and papaya.
