Techniques of inhalation: clamp one nostril and make three deep breaths with open one; then change a nostril and repeat the same. For “aromatic weight loss” are good: herbals, spice, fragrant extracts. Hold inhalers near you, so you can reach for them right away. When your hand once again will be pulled behind for a sandwich or chocolate bar, let will come across the inhaler. At the big excess weight and unreasonable appetite you will need to inhale the aromas as often as possible. At the first stage of “treatment” up to 300 times a day.

Often change smells – accustoming reduces efficiency of a method. To better understand with your habits in meal, keep a diary. Enjoy natural smells of food. Eat food hot: near hot dishes, especially sauces and soups, aroma is stronger.
