Avocado diet
- Ingredients:
- Time period: 3 days
- Result: 2-3 lbs
Repeat this day meals for 3 days.
Breakfast: half avocado filled with fat free cottage cheese.
Lunch: half avocado chopped into cubic pieces, add boiled egg, small cucumber and green onions.
Dinner: 3 oz lightly fried beef patty, half avocado and cottage cheese.
