
Ballerinas diet plan
This diet does not provide certain diet, only the rules according to which it is necessary to eat are offered to you. These rules do not contradict principles of healthy food and councils of the majority of dietitians. Do not forget about physical activity which ballerinas, as known, have lots of. So, let’s lose weight:
- That quantity of meal which earlier you ate at once, now divide into two meals.
- Do not combine soups with other meal.
- Do not eat simultaneously fish and meat because their fiber is diverse.
- Dairy products: only non-fat or low-fat, it’s better to choose standardized milk and dilute it with ice.
- Forget about mayonnaise. If you really want make it yourself without yolks; use salt and add 1/3 fat-free yogurt.
- Limit quantity of salt to minimum. Replace it with soy sauce (add directly on plate) or other seasonings.
- Drink a day 0.4-0.55 gallons of water.
- Do not drink water half an hour before meal and 1 hour after it.
