Baron Bartista weight loss diet

This diet is offered by Baron Bartista in the book “Journey to force”.
Some information about Baron, he has organized one of yoga’s directions. This type of yoga is more athletic, classes usually take place in warm hall with temperature of 70+ F. The first 30 minutes of class going in fast temp: transforming from one pose to another. The next 30 minutes it basically an extension, exercises on balance, exercises on abs and 5 minutes of rest. During exercises people are sweat so much, but it is considered as a very good sign, because slags and toxins are leaving your body along with sweat.
Now let’s talk about diet. You will not even call that a diet, it’s more the way of life, where the preference is given to healthy food; half-finished products and canned food are excluded.
Ok, exclude caffeine, alcohol, sugar and dairy products for seven days, leave yogurt in ration.
First two days.
As you have woken up, drink glass of warm water with half of a lemon. You can add one tsp of honey to sweeten a little. This drink helps to wash out our digestive tract and will help to fresh breath.
Breakfast:
Fresh fruit, freshly made fruit juice, yogurt, strew fruit or yogurt with almonds a little. Drink as much tea, as you want (caffeine free).
The second breakfast:
One portion of protein products (chicken breast, soy, fish), steam cooked or baked in oven or boil without addition of oil. One portion of carbs, for example brown rice (50 g). Vegetable salad without restrictions on portions, eat salad as much, as you want. Add vinegar, lemon for taste. Make it your largest meal.
Snack:
Fresh fruit or vegetables.
Supper:
One portion of proteins, one portion of the carbs, one portion of salad. Try to diversify your food. For a dessert eat the fresh or baked fruit.
Day third, the fourth and the fifth.
These are unloading fruit days, it sounds certainly horrifying, but for two days on a moderate food we already have reduced the ration and feeling of hunger should not disturb us no more. You can eat as much fruit as you want. It is necessary to be inventive: make salad of different fruit or a cocktail from fresh made juice. Remember, that avocado and tomatoes are fruit too, therefore make salad or soup, for example tomato soup.
Day sixth and the seventh.
Repeat first two days of diet.
But after your diet has ended, it does not mean, that you can return to a chaotic food. Try to keep it low caloric.
