BEAN DIET

Bean diet

  • Ingredients:
  • Time period: 1 week
  • Result: 6-10 lbs

This diet is 7 days long, but if you really like it you may try to stick to it for an extra week. During bean diet you will need to drink lots of water. Also you can drink unsweetened tea and coffee. Before going sleep drink 1 glass of butter milk or yogurt.

First day:
Breakfast: 1 glass of butter milk, 1 toast, 1 slice of feta cheese;
Snack: fruits or berries;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of baked beans, veggie salad seasoned with olive oil, 1 glass of fruit juice or cup of tea;
Dinner: 3.5 oz of baked beans, veggie salad, 1 glass of fruit juice.

Second day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of yogurt or cottage cheese, 1 cup of coffee or tea;
Snack: fruits or berries;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of baked beans, sauerkraut salad or veggie salad, 1 glass of fruit juice or cup of tea;
Dinner: 3.5 oz of baked beans, 3.5 oz of boiled fish, glass of fruit juice or cup of tea.

Third day:
Breakfast: 7 oz of butter milk, 1 toast, 1 slice of feta cheese;
Snack: fruits or berries;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of baked beans, veggie salad, 1 glass of fruit juice or cup of tea;
Dinner: 3.5 oz of baked beans, veggie salad, 1 glass of tomato juice.

Fourth day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of cottage cheese, 1 cup of coffee or tea;
Snack: fruits or berries;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of baked beans, fruit salad;
Dinner: 2 oz of rice, 3.5 oz of cooked beef, 1 glass of fruit juice or cup of tea.

Fifth day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of cottage cheese or yogurt, 1 cup of coffee or tea;
Snack: fruits or berries;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of baked beans, sauerkraut salad or veggie salad, 1 glass of fruit juice or cup of tea;
Dinner: 3.5 oz of baked beans, veggie salad, 2 baked potatoes, 1 glass of tomato juice.

Sixth day:
Breakfast: 2-2.5 oz of cottage cheese, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea;
Snack: 1 glass of butter milk;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of cottage cheese, veggie salad, 1 glass of fruit juice or cup of tea;
Dinner: 4 oz of baked beans, fruits.

Seventh day:
Breakfast: 3.5 oz of cottage cheese or yogurt, 1 cup of coffee or tea;
Snack: fruits or berries;
Lunch: 3.5 oz of baked beans, veggie salad;
Dinner: 1 plate of veggie soup, 3.5 oz of baked beans, orange juice.
