BIKINI DIET

Bikini diet

  • Time period: 3 weeks
  • Result: 8-10 lbs

Bikini diet has 3 basics:

  1. Every day you will consume little more than 1000 calories; this will help to redeem body fat. So bikini diet restores slenderness of your figure.
  2. Bikini diet excludes products that accelerate fat buildup.
  3. You are going to eat 4 times a day but a little bit. This diet includes all needed vitamins and mineral substances.

General rules: every day drink 6 glasses of water with added lemon juice. Resign from coffee, drink green tea instead. Forget cocktails – otherwise you will blow as a balloon. It may upset someone but – no beer and other alcohol drinks allowed. Although you may drink 1 glass of wine once a day.

Well, now choose one breakfast, one brunch, one lunch and one dinner:

Breakfast (200 calories):

  1. Fruit salad made with 1 glass of yogurt
  2. 1 toast, 1 glass of milk, 1 pear
  3. 1 egg, 1 toast
  4. ½ glass of grapefruit juice, 1 tomato, 2 tbs of corn, 2 toasts with butter, 2 tbs of jam

Brunch (300 calories):

  1. 7 oz of boiled chicken, salad (tomato, cabbage, bell pepper, cucumber), 2 rice cakes with butter, 1 orange
  2. 5.5 oz of fish, veggie salad seasoned with lemon juice, 6 oz of baked potato
  3. 1 toast, cucumber salad, 2.5 oz of fish, lemon juice, 1 plum
  4. 2 toast sandwich with 2 oz of chicken or beef, 1 plum
  5. 1 slice of melon, 1 egg, bean salad, 3 potatoes, 1 banana
  6. 9 oz of fried chicken, 2 toasts, 2 tomatoes, ½ oz of cheese

Lunch (250 calories):

  1. 1 slice of melon, 2 rice cakes with butter, 2 tbs of jam, 2.5 oz of cottage cheese
  2. 2 oz of cheese, 2 toasts with butter, tomato and onions, 1apple
  3. Big portion of green salad, 1 cantle of orange, 4 dates, 2 tbs of cottage cheese
  4. 1 glass of yogurt, 1 toast, 1 oz of cottage cheese

Dinner (300 calories):

  1. 2.5 oz of fried beef, 2.5 oz of baked potatoes, beans, tomatoes, lettuce
  2. ½ of grapefruit, 9 oz of fish, lemon pulp, lettuce, beans, 1 tbs of boiled carrots
  3. 1 slice of melon, 9 oz of chicken, mushroom and lettuce salad, 1 orange
  4. ½ of avocado, 2.5 oz of tuna with lemon juice, green salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato)
  5. 5.5 oz of chicken with 2 tbs of yogurt, celery, beans, tomatoes, 1 big banana
  6. 3.5 oz of liver, cauliflower, 1 tbs of green peas, tomatoes, 1 toast
