BLOOD TYPE DIET: TYPE 0

Type 0 – “Hunter”

blood type 0This group of blood the most ancient. All other groups formed out of this one. 33.5 % of the population of the Earth have this type. Characteristics: strong, self-sufficient leader.
At transfusion type 0 approaches all types of blood. Type 0 accepts only blood of its group.

  • Strengths:

Strong digestive system;
Strong immune system;
Systems created for an effective metabolism and nutrition preservation.

  • Weaknesses:

Difficultly adapts for change of a diet and environment conditions;

Sometimes the immune system is too active and works against the organism (allergies);

  • Risk groups:

1. Problems with fibrillation (bad coagulability);

2. Inflammatory processes – arthritises;

3. High level of stomach acidity – ulcers;

4. Allergies.

  • Dietary recommendations:

Diet high protein- meat eaters.

Good: meat (except pork), fish, seafood, vegetables and fruits (except sour), pineapples, bread – rye in limited quantities.

Restrict: groats, especially oatmeal, wheat and its products (including white bread). Bean and buckwheat – allowed.

Avoid: cabbage (except broccoli), wheat and its products, corn and its products, marinades, ketchup.

Drinks:

Good: green tea, herbal teas from a dogrose, ginger, mints, cayenne pepper, liquorice, lindens, seltzer water.

Neutral: beer, wine red and white, herbal tea with camellia, ginseng, sage, valerian, raspberry leaves.

Avoid: coffee, strong liquors, aloe, tutsan, senna, strawberry leaves.

  • The program of weight control:

Exclude: cabbage fresh; beans; corn; wheat; citrus; ice-cream; sugar; marinades; potato;

Helps: seaweed (brown, laminaria); fish and seafood; iodinate salt; meat, especially beef, mutton, liver; greens, salads, spinach, broccoli, radish. Vitamins and food additives group. Vitamins B, vitamin K. Calcium, manganese, iodine. The liquorice roots, seaweed. Enzymes of pancreatic gland.

Avoid: Vitamin A, vitamin E.

  • Physical exercises

For maintenance of good physical shape and especially in the program of weight loss – very intensive exercises: aerobics, skis, run, swimming.

  • Special recommendations (type 0)

I. Program of weight loss.

For type “0″ basic problem is lowered metabolism. There are following factors, allowing increasing speed of metabolism and thus to lose weight:

1. Remove from daily ration wheat and its products, corn, bean, lentil – they block insulin development slowing down metabolism.

2. Remove from diet all kinds of cabbage (except broccoli) and all oat products because they oppress development of thyroid hormones (thyroid gland hormones) causing slowing down metabolism.

Increase consumption of products containing iodine – seafood, seaweed, greens (salads, spinach, broccoli), iodine salts, and also products stimulating development of thyroid hormones – radish. It is good to make juice from them half-and-half adding carrots.

3. Eat meat (red), liver. These products also increase speed of metabolism.

4. Intensive physical exercises.

II Solving bad fibrillation problem (if exist): consume products containing vitamin K: greens, salads, seaweed, meat, liver, eggs. Avoid barmy products; at infringement of balance of intestinal bacteria – take acidophile and bifid bacterium.

III Be careful taking aspirins (it increases acidity and dilutes blood).

IV Avoid class of these antibiotics: penicillin, and also sulpha drugs.
