BLOOD TYPE DIET: TYPE AB

Type АВ – “Riddle”

blood type ab7-8 % of the population of the Earth. This type of blood has resulted from evolution at merge of two opposite types – A and B. At transfusion type АВ accepts all types of blood. Type АВ gives blood only to its group.

  • Strengths

1. The youngest group of blood;
2. Flexible, very sensitive immune system;
3. Combines pluses of types A and B.

  • Weaknesses

1. A sensitive (gentle) digestive tract;
2. Too “open” immune system, unstable to microbe infections;
3. Combines minuses of types A and B.

  • Risk groups

Warm diseases; oncologic diseases; anemia.

  • Dietary recommendations

Moderate-mixed diet.
Meat – mutton, rabbit, turkey; fish, except seafood; dairy products (lactic, low-fat cheeses); tofu – soy cottage cheese; beans moderate; olive oil; nuts – peanuts, walnuts; groats (except buckwheat and corn); vegetables (except pepper, black olives, corn); fruits (except sharp and sour).
Recommended drinks: coffee, green tea, teas from a camellia, ginseng, ginger, dogrose, and hawthorn.
Neutral: beer, wine, tea from mint, valerian, raspberries.
Avoid: aloe, senna, linden and teas from them.

  • The program of weight control

Avoid: red meat, a ham and bacon, sunflower seeds, buckwheat groats, pepper, wheat and corn.
Helps: tofu, fish, sour-milk products, greens, seaweed, pineapple.
Vitamins and food additives
Vitamin C, hawthorn, valerian, thistle, milk thistle.
Zinc, Selenium. Digestive enzymes – bromeline, quercetinum.

  • Special recommendations for type АВ

When process of weight increase begins, type АВ appears under the influence of admixture of genes A and B types. Sometimes it causes special problems. For example: you have decreased acidity of gastric juice (type A), simultaneously with inherent to type B adaptation to meat. Therefore, though you are partially programmed to meat consumption (type B – omnivorous), you have no sufficient acidity for effective digestion of this meat that leads to excessive adjournment of fats.
For weight loss limit meat consumption, enlarge consumption of vegetables and a tofu (fine source of fiber for types A and B).

The same problem with bean, buckwheat, corn and sesame seeds. For type A it is fine meal, but participation of genes of type B leads to that these products lower insulin development that conducts to metabolism retardation. Type АВ should avoid a buckwheat, bean and corn.

Type АВ does not have such strong reaction to vegetable protein in wheat as at types 0 and B, for weight loss it is necessary to avoid wheat and its products.
