Type B – “the wanderer, pilgrim”
Approximately 20.6 % of population of the Earth. Balanced, flexible, creative. This type has resulted from migration of races. At transfusion the type B accepts its group and type 0. The type B approaches only to its type.
- Strengths
1. Strong immune systems;
2. Flexible system of adaptation to changes in a diet and environment conditions;
3. Balanced nervous system.
- Weaknesses
There are no congenital weaknesses, but at balance disturbance in a diet there can be autoimmune diseases and instability to rare viruses.
- Risk groups
1. Diabetes of 1st type;
2. A syndrome of chronic weariness;
3. Autoimmune diseases (lupus), multiple sclerosis.
- Dietary recommendations
Diet mixed (balanced). “Nomads” are omnivorous.
Meat (except for chicken, duck), fish, dairy products (sour-milk, fat reduced), eggs, groats (except buckwheat and wheat), beans, vegetables (except corn, tomatoes, pumpkin, olives), fruits (except cocoas and a rhubarb).
Avoid: seafood (mussels, crabs, shrimp), pork and its products, chicken meat.
Drinks recommended: green tea, herbal teas (ginseng, sage, raspberry leaves), juice cranberry, cabbage, grape, pineapple.
Neutral: orange juice, beer, wine, coffee, black tea.
Avoid: tomato juice, soda drinks.

Exclude: corn, lentil, peanuts, wheat, tomatoes, pork and its products.
Helps: Green salads, herbals; eggs, liver, veal; soy products are neutral.

- Special recommendations for type B
There are main factors of gaining weight for type B: corn, buckwheat cereal, peanuts and sesame seeds. All these products suppress insulin development (for type B) lowering efficiency of metabolic processes. As a result – weariness, liquid delay, hypoglycemia and overweight.
Type B as well as type 0, reacts on vegetable protein of wheat – slows down metabolism. When food is insufficiently effectively digested and burnt, as fuel for organism, it is postponed in the form of fat. Vegetable protein for type B isn’t much dangerous, as for type 0. But if you combine wheat and its products with corn, lentil, buckwheat and peanuts – the result will be dramatic.
