Bonn soup weight loss plan
Diet has its name thanks to a product which makes its basis.
Dietary or onion soup will allow you to lose 10-16 lbs by the end of the seventh day of diet. If weight loss effect is more than 14 lbs, take a break for two days before continuing diet.
6 onions of the average size, some tomatoes (canned ones are fine), 1 small cabbage, 2 green bell peppers, 1 bunch of celery, vegetable broth.
Cut vegetables onto small or average slices, fill in with water, add salt, pepper and spicy sauce (up to you). Bring to boil on high fire and keep on for 10 minutes, then reduce fire to low and cook ’till vegetables become soft.
During diet exclude alcoholic and aerated drinks, bread, any food with fat.
Schedule of diet:
1st day: soup and fruit, except bananas. Drink – unsweetened tea, coffee or water.
2nd day: soup and green vegetables (fresh or canned). Refrain from corn, green peas and beans. For a supper one baked potato with vegetable oil.
3rd day: soup, fruit and vegetables, but without potato.
4th day: soup, fruit and vegetables, including bananas and low-fat milk.
5th day: soup, beef and tomatoes.
6th day: soup, beef and vegetables (especially sheet ones).
7th day: soup, natural rice with vegetables, fruit juice.
