Each meal – 1egg, 1 cup of tea or coffee, 1 apple;

  • Second.

Each meal – 1egg, 1 cup of tea or coffee, 1 apple;

  • Third.

Breakfast – 2 eggs; lunch – 3.5 oz of boiled beef, spinach;

  • Fourth.

Breakfast – 1egg; lunch – 3.5 oz of boiled fish; dinner – 2 eggs, 1 cup of coffee or tea;

  • Fifth.

Breakfast – 1egg, 1 cup of coffee; lunch – 2 eggs, 1 tomato; dinner – 3.5 oz of fish, veggies;

  • Sixth.

Breakfast – 1egg, 1 cup of coffee; lunch – 3.5 oz of boiled beef, cucumber; dinner – 3.5 oz of veal, 1 cup of coffee;

  • Seventh.

Breakfast – 1 cup of coffee; lunch – 3.5 oz of chicken, veggies; dinner – 3.5 oz of chicken, veggies, 1 apple, 1 cup of coffee;

  • Eighth to Fourteenth day – repeat from the First day.
