Example of the menu of Britney Spears diet:

Breakfast: 4 yolks, 30 g grated cheese, small brush of grapes, half of wholegrain toast, little of olive oil (for cooking fried eggs from yolks).f

Lunch: 130 g of seafood, some leaves of salad, 1 apple, slice of rye bread, 1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise.

Dinner: 30 g low-fat cheese, an orange.

Supper: 150 g of beef, low-fat grated cheese, an onion, mushrooms, greens, 1/4 cups of the string beans, one cut tomato, 1 teaspoon of an olive oil (salad with tomato, an onion and greens).
