The Buckwheat diet is very strict diet plan but in 1 week it’s up to 20 lbs weight loss. Here is some information about buckwheat that might be useful. Buckwheat is a gluten-free type of grain and it contains no wheat. Buckwheat is also a slow-releasing carbohydrate containing such elements as Selenium and Zinc. Ready for Buckwheat diet? All you need to eat – just a bunch of special way made buckwheat.

So, how do we make it? It’s simple. First decide how much buckwheat you will eat for the next 3-4 days, than put that amount of buckwheat into deep pot and pour hot boiling water till it covers the layer of buckwheat about 1” high. Then leave it in the pot for a night (7-8 hours).

Schedule 3-4 meals a day and drink 1 glass of butter milk each time. Do not exceed 34 oz of butter milk a day.

If needed, you may repeat the buckwheat diet in 1 month, but the result won’t be really obvious. Although, stability guaranteed – you won’t gain lost weight during buckwheat diet for a long period of time.
