The Bulgarian weight loss plan

The diet proceeds 4 days. Loss of weight of 2-4 lbs.

The Bulgarian diet is reduced to the use of one dish – grate fresh crude carrots, add honey, a lemon juice and any of fruit. This dish is used as a breakfast, a dinner and a supper within 3 days. For the fourth day include in the menu a fried potatoes, bread, apples, from the fifth pass to a usual food.
