- Breakfasts – 250 calories (choose one from the list):
- 1 oz of cereal with milk;
- 1 wholegrain toast, 1 tomato, 1 tbs of cottage cheese;
- Banana sandwich: 2 wholegrain toasts, 1 banana slices;
- 1 wholegrain toast with butter, 1 hard boiled egg, ½ glass of orange juice.
- Lunches – 250 calories (choose one from the list):
- 1 large bowl of veggie salad, 1 apple or orange, sandwich with one of those fillings: 2 oz of cold chicken fillet, 1 tbs of pickles; 1 oz of Swiss cheese, 1 tbs of light mayonnaise; 2.5 oz of cottage cheese mixed with chopped green onions and cucumber;
- 7 oz of baked potato, 1 large bowl of veggie salad, 1 glass of light yogurt, 4 oz of baked beans or 1 oz of Swiss cheese;
- Dinners – 400 calories (choose one from the list):
- Any cooked low-calorie meal, 1 large bowl of veggie salad;
- 4 oz of chicken or turkey, 3 oz of fries or 4 oz of baked potato, 5-7 oz of green veggies;
- 3 oz of pasta with marinara souse and 3 oz of shrimp or 3.5 oz of chopped ham mixed with yogurt and spices, 1 large bowl of fruit or veggie salad.
- Deserts – 200 calories (choose one from the list):
- 2 glasses of red wine, 2-3 peach slices;
- 2 nectarines with cottage cheese, 2 toasts
