Cabbage diet

The Cabbage diet is a 10 day meal plan, aimed at achieving fast weight loss. It’s not a long-term weight solution, but, in fact, very effective over the short period of time.
For information, ½ cup (about 75 g) of shredded cabbage has: 17 calories, 191 mg of Sodium, dietary fiber – 1.4g, Vitamin C – 47%.
- Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea (unsweetened);
- Lunch: 7 oz of shredded cabbage seasoned with vegetable oil. After 1 day add to each lunch 1 hard boiled egg;
- Dinner: 7 oz of beef or fish or butter milk.
Between meals, if you still feel hunger, you may eat cabbage without any seasoning. You may consume as much cabbage during a day as you want. Drink about 34 oz of water each day – its mandatory. Green tea allowed instead of water. Eliminate salt and sugar.
