Diet #1
The mentioned below diet is calculated for 3 days. In breaks between food intakes you can eat fresh cabbage. During a day drink about 0.40 gal of water or green tea. To diversify diets add different fruit, except bananas.
- Breakfast: a cup of coffee with a sugar substitute.
- Lunch: salad from fresh cabbage (use any kind of cabbage), or any cabbage soup, or cabbage cooked with other vegetables and chicken meat.
- Dinner: 7 oz fish (you may replace 7 oz of meat or 7 oz of kefir), salad from fresh (or stewed) cabbage. If during this diet you have a feeling of hunger, eat cabbage soup.
Salad from Brussels sprouts with pears
50 g Brussels sprouts;
30 g pears;
30 g apples;
30 g carrots;
Few leaves of salad;
20 g vegetable oil;
Small amount of a lemon juice;
Greens of parsley;
Sugar and salt to taste.
Brussels sprouts clean and chop, carrots clean and rub on a large grater, apples and pears clear of skin, cut out core and cut longways. Lay out the prepared components on salad leaves, strew the chopped parsley and fill with a mix of vegetable oil, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Cabbage, cooked with chicken meat
300 g chicken meat;
400 g of cabbage;
1 red onion;
1 carrot of the average size;
3 tbsp of vegetable oil;
2 slices of garlic;
Parsley;
Salt to taste.
Warm up vegetable oil on a frying pan, lay out chicken meat cut in small slices, salt and fry on intense fire. Cabbage cut longways, onions chop, carrots rub on a large grater. Add the prepared vegetables in frying pan with chicken, salt and cook, just add water (small amount), within 25-30 minutes. 3 minutes prior to readiness put in a frying pan small cut of garlic. Ready dishes decorate with the crushed greens of parsley and fennel.
Cream soup from a cauliflower
On a vegetable broth
1 small head of cabbage of a cauliflower,
1 red onion,
500 ml of a vegetable broth,
200 ml of milk,
Small amount of a grated nutmeg,
Black ground pepper and salt to taste.
Clean the cauliflower, take it 15 minutes in the cold added some salt water, then disassemble on inflorescences, lower them in a vegetable broth and cook to softness (approximately 10-15 minutes). Shift ready cabbage together with a broth small amount in a mixer and, shaking up, make out of it puree, in the enameled pan pour in milk, lay out in it the cabbage mashed potatoes, small cut onions, salt, pepper, add a nutmeg and finish to boiling, but do not boil. Serve cream soup warm.
