CABBAGE DIET PLAN #2

This diet is calculated for 3-5 days. Recommended to have 5-6 meals within the day. The quantity of salt should be reduced to 5 g a day. During a day drink up to 0,53 gal of water.

  • 1st breakfast: salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil; omelet from 2 eggs; tea with milk.
  • 2nd breakfast: cottage cheese; 200 ml of tea or dogrose broth.
  • Lunch: cabbage soup from sour cabbage (possible to replace with stewed cabbage with mushrooms); salad with any vegetables with vegetable oil; boiled chicken.
  • Snack: 200 g of milk or dogrose broth.
  • Dinner: 100 g boiled fish; ragout from cabbage and other vegetables; 200 ml of tea.
  • For the night: 200 g of kefir.

Ragout from cabbage
300 g of cabbage,
1 eggplant,
1 vegetable marrow,
2 potatoes,
2 tomatoes,
1 red onion,
1 bell pepper,
2 slices of garlic,
Parsley and fennel,
70 g vegetable oil,
Salt to taste,

Chop cabbage, bell pepper cut into small slices, onions – half rings. Vegetable marrow, eggplant and potato clear and cut into small cubes. Place the prepared components in a frying pan, salt and fry on vegetable oil. Then pour a small amount of water and cook for 7 minutes. Tomatoes splash with boiled water remove thin skin and cut into small pieces. Add them in a frying pan with vegetables, mix and cook about 5 more minutes. Garlic and greens chop and add in ragout about 1-2 minute prior to readiness.

Salad from the Peking cabbage
300 g the Peking cabbage;
1 carrot;
70 g of corn oil (or use any vegetative);
10 g sugar;
Red ground pepper and salt to taste.

The Peking cabbage cut into strips, carrots clear and rub on a large grater. Lay out them in salad bowl. Then prepare sauce: corn oil bring to boiling, add salt, sugar and red pepper. Carefully mix and fill with it cabbage with carrots.

Cabbage with mushrooms
300 g of cabbage;
8-10 dried mushrooms;
1 red onion;
2/3 glasses of sweet wine;
Greens;
Pepper and salt to taste.

In 1/4 a glass of warm water put mushrooms for 30 minutes and cut them into thin plates. In a pan pour water in which mushrooms were presoaked, wine, salt, pepper and put mushrooms. Cook those 5 minutes, and then add the cabbage cut by strips and the crushed onions. Cook till cabbage will be soft (if necessary add water). Few minutes prior to readiness put in pan crushed greens.
