CABBAGE DIET PLAN #3


It is not recommended to hold this diet longer 1 week. If between food intakes there is a feeling of hunger, can eat cabbage soup (any from the list below). Restrictions in water consumption are absent. Before following this diet, it is better to consult the doctor.

  • 1st day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); any fruit, except for bananas.
  • 2nd day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); vegetables of any kind.
  • 3rd day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); fruit and vegetables (except for a potato and bananas).
  • 4th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); bananas (up to 6 pieces); milk.
  • 5th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); fish, chicken or low-fat beef (no more than 21 oz); tomatoes; 8 glasses of water.
  • 6th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); fish, beef or a chicken with a garnish from vegetables; 8 glasses of water.
  • 7th day: cabbage soup (in any quantity); vegetables in any kind; brown rice; fresh made fruit juice without sugar.

Cabbage soup with carrots and brown rice
2 lbs of cabbage,
6 heads of onions,
6 pieces of carrots,
5 stalks of celery,
2 bell peppers,
1 glass of brown rice (added in soup already cooked),
3 tomatoes,
Fennel and parsley,
Salt and spices to taste.

Cook rice. Pour in a pan water of 1,32 gal, salt and bring to boiling. Cabbage, onions, carrots, celery, bell pepper, tomatoes (without skin) cut into small pieces and put in boiling water, again bring to boiling and cook till softness of vegetables. 2 minutes prior to readiness add in soup boiled rice and spices. Pour soup on plates and decorate with its crushed greens of parsley and fennel.

Dietary soup
400 g of cabbage;
1 zucchini;
1 head of onions,
1 medium-sized beet,
2-3 leaves of a beet leaves,
1 medium bell pepper,
1 carrot,
1 stalk of a celery,
2 tbsp of vegetable oil,
2 tbsp of a tomato paste,
Fennel,
Green onions,
Salt to taste.

5 l of salted water bring to boil and put chopped zucchini, bell pepper and a beet leaves. Onions, fresh carrots, celery crush and cook in a frying pan with vegetable oil, add tomato paste. Stewed vegetables put in pan with cabbage and cook to readiness. Decorate soup with small cut greens of fennel and the crushed green onions.

Dietary soup with cabbage and beans
500 g of cabbage;
100 g of string beans;
2 heads of onions;
7 medium-sized beets;
1 bell pepper;
3 tomatoes;
1 carrot;
3 tbsp of vegetable oil;
Fennel and parsley greens;
1 tbsp of sugar;
Salt to taste.

Presoak beans in warm water for 4 hours and cook it to readiness. Beets, onions and carrots chop, put in a frying pan with vegetable oil, salt, and add sugar and brown within 10 minutes. Cabbage chop, put in a pan, fill in with cold water, add fried vegetables, salt and cook another 20 minutes. Then add beans, small cut bell pepper and tomatoes cleared of thin skin. Ready soups decorate with the crushed greens of parsley and fennel.
