CABBAGE+APPLE+ORANGE DIET

Cabbage-apple-orange diet plan

Developers of this diet suggest following this diet plan in spring season. They do an emphasis on consumption rich in fiber vegetables and fruits. Remembering that in spring products content less vitamins, it would be quite good to accept multivitamins during a diet. Follow couple of weeks on this diet, increase physical activity, – and you will not notice, how fast you will lose weight!

Observe following recommendations:

- Exclude salt and sugar;
- Do not fry (only braise);
- Eat slowly and with pleasure, postpone for time other stuff;
- Have supper 3 hours prior to sleeping time, not later;
- Liquids in day: consume no more than 2 litres, at once – no more than two glasses. To drink preferably green tea or mineral water, coffee – 1-2 cups in day.

Breakfast:

  • Hot sandwiches (2-3).
  • Piece of grain or rye bread (width no more than 1 cm) or a small loaf slightly spread with butter, put an apple or orange circle or cabbage, from above to cover with a thin slice of low-fat cheese and to bake until cheese starts to melt.

Snack:

  • Apple or pear or orange.

Dinner:

  • 1. Salad (choose one of variants):

Cabbage with the apples, filled with low-calorie mayonnaise or vegetable oil.
Cabbage, oranges and apples with bananas instead of seasonings.
250 g shredded salad leaves and 50 g carrots or beets.
Cabbage with mayonnaise, garlic and soy sauce.

  • 2. The first dish (choose one of variants):

Soup vegetarian with addition 1 tsp of vegetable oil on half-liter.
Cabbage soup (vegetarian).
Vegetable soup with some shredded cheese.

  • 3. The second dish (choose one of variants):

Chicken or turkey (without a skin) – 150 g
Fish boiled or stewed – 150 g
Cottage cheese baked pudding or cheesecakes – 200 g
Baked potato with sour cream and greens.

4. A dessert.

Fruit drink from apples, oranges, pears without sugar.

Snack: apple or pear or orange.

Supper (choose one of variants):
1. Cabbage stewed. Braise with an onions or garlic and with a slice of sausage for aroma.
2. An omelet with two eggs with shredded cabbage.
3. Two big bananas or three small ones.
4. Fruit salad with honey and-or the raisins, filled with yogurt.

Before sleep: glass of kefir/yogurt or apple (pear or orange).
