The Canadian diet plan

To all who would like to lose weight just a little, the Canadian dieticians recommend to adhere to the given diet. Plus of this plan – no need to count calories. You will not experience any feelings of hunger, however do not forget, that after 6 pm no food allowed.  Drink within day a minimum of 1,5 liters of water (excluding coffee and tea). In addition take some multivitamins. Once a day you can eat 1 table spoon of olive oil – use it for seasoning salads or to stew vegetables. Duration of a diet – 3 weeks.

Simultaneously with a diet it is necessary to do exercises for 20 minutes 3 times a week – at such temp fat is burns but not the muscular tissue.

  • Breakfast: bread (wheat) or roll from a flour of a rough grinding; cottage cheese or cheese or 2 eggs; coffee or tea without sugar.
  • Snack: any 2 fruit.
  • Dinner: low-fat meat, chicken fillet or fish (occasionally – chicken sausages); brown rice or macaroni from wholegrain flours (sometimes – baked potato); salad.
  • Snack: unsweetened juice, green tea, the dinner rests.
  • Supper: salad or stewed vegetables (except for a potato and carrots), meat or fish, green tea.
