Capricorn & Aquarius weight loss diet

Traps: you adore juicy puddings, cannot resist a smell of freshly-baked rolls.

Your lacks: in your ration there is no calcium, your friable knees and fragile bones telling it.

Your diet: try to behave in hands all the week long then you can unburden the heart in a weekend.

Workdays:

  • Breakfasts (choose one of options):

25 g of flakes with milk, one apple or pear;

One glass of low-fat yogurt, half-glass of unsweetened fruit juice, one orange.

  • Dinners (choose one of offered options):

Two small slices of bread with the bran, mixed salad of unlimited set, two table spoons of cottage cheese or 12 g of low-calorie cheddar cheese;

One glass of the low-fat yogurt, one hard boiled egg or one chicken leg cooked on a grill, large portion of mixed salad, two crispbreads.

  • Suppers: 250 g of chicken cooked on a grill (without a skin), large portion of the mixed salad or green vegetables.

Saturday, Sunday: you can densely eat two times within two days. Indulge yourself with pizza, karri, fried meat with any garnish.

The AQUARIUS (January, 21st – February, 18th)

Traps: you’re fan of sandwiches also adore their versions: with sausage, with cheese, with hepatic paste and necessarily filled with mayonnaise, a horse-radish or ketchup!

Your lacks: you have problems with urination, and that’s why your anklebones swell up. Forget for a while about exotic kinds of sports – quiet weekends spent outside the city are just enough for you.

Your diet: Drink more water to improve work of a bladder and try offered sandwich diet.

Choose for yourself four options of sandwiches per day – a sandwich prepare with two slices of bread with bran with one of the following fillings: 50 g of chicken or low-fat ham, 75 g of salty tuna, one banana of the average size, 25 g of low-calorie cheddar cheese, one slice of low-fat bacon cooked on grill with baked tomatoes, one egg, three table spoons of boiled string beans. As a garnish eat large portion of mixed salad from an unlimited set.

Now, when you have made the menu of four sandwiches, choose one option of dense snack from the offered list:

75 g of low-fat meat, little liquid gravy, 75 g of boiled potato, cabbage, carrots;

150 g fish, cooked on grill, 150 g of jacket potatoes, 2 tbs of corn, large portion of mixed salad;

Large piece of melon, 125 g of low-fat mutton, some gravy, green string beans, broccoli, one glass of low-fat yogurt.
