Carrot diet

According to this diet the basic and only dish for whole period will be the only food you will eat. Here is the recipe for this special dish: grate fresh red carrots, add squeezed orange juice, 1 tea spoon of honey and any fruit of your choice. Such mix use throughout three days instead of a breakfast, lunch and dinner. For the fourth day you may add a little of fried potatoes and couple of wholegrain toasts, and for the fifth day go back to usual food allowance.
