Cucumber diet

This diet is based on physiological feature of fresh cucumbers. It is stimulation of digestion and nutrition progression on an intestine, intestine cleaning, normalization of water-salt balance, skin purification, diuretic action, metabolism activation.
The basis of this diet is in made special way cucumber salad. 2 lbs of cucumbers (150 kcal) largely chopped, add 1 oz of mayonnaise (about 90 kcal). You may use sour cream instead of mayo – choose low-fat, with caloricity of 220 kcal for 3.5 oz. You may also add some salt slightly to salad, but it would be better to use pepper instead of salt, especially is better if you fill salad with mayonnaise.
