On Yogurt diet you can get rid of 10-12 lbs in just 10 days.
At Yogurt diet it is necessary to eat 500 g of natural yogurt a day. If on the average weight of usual packing – 125 g you should use one for a breakfast, one for dinner, another one for mid-morning snack and last one for supper. The same norm is recommended and for drinking yogurt. Before each food intake drink cup of warm tea. And only after that eat yogurt. Have supper not later than 4 hours prior to sleep.
