Rice Diet
For fans of rice this diet simply a salvage. The diet base is rice, but only unrefined. Diet can be follow for minimum of 3 days, and a maximum – 2 weeks.
1st day:
Breakfast: one apple, rice (2 oz of dry grains) with a lemon pulp and several drops of a lemon juice, green or herbal tea.
Lunch: vegetable broth, salad from vegetables (5 oz), rice with greens seasoned with 1 tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with carrots and a vegetable marrow, cooked on steam. Read more
If you cannot live without sweets you will accept this diet. It is a mini-diet that will help to lose weight quickly. The diet is calculated for 3 days.
