Refreshing diet

Try Refreshing diet in the summer time, during a season of the vegetables, two times in a week within a month.
Breakfast: a glass of butter milk or a glass of warm water sweetened with a spoon of honey.
Snack (10 am): glass of a fruit juice or little of raw fruits or vegetables.
Lunch: salad made with raw vegetables (green lettuce, green onion and garlic, radish, cucumbers, parsley, fennel, spinach, cabbage and etc.) and a glass of fruit juice.
Dinner: bowl of cereal. 1 table spoon of oat flakes presoak for 12 hours in three table spoons of cold water. Before serving add one table spoon of bee honey, juice of half or the whole lemon, carefully stir. Grate about 7 oz of apples or other fruit and lay them out on oat flakes.
Strew celery with one table spoon of pounded walnuts, almonds or peanuts.
