ANGEL’S DIET PLAN
Duration of Angel’s diet is 13 days. By the end 13th day you will lose 14-16 lbs. Starting from 14th day you can eat, whatever you want but moderate. This diet will change your metabolism. You will not gain weight at least for three years. During diet observance it is obligatory to do a gymnastics and massage.
Monday
- Breakfast: black coffee without sugar.
- Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 tomato and green salad.
