Chocolate diet plan

The chocolate diet is calculated for 5-7 days, no more! After course take a break for 4-6 days.

Diet: within day you can eat two chocolate bars 2 oz each, drink coffee without sugar with skim milk. Drink only 3 hours after you ate.

For five days of such diet you will lose 6 lbs.

This diet can have bad influence to liver, therefore, before following this diet, consult doctor.

Positive. Unloading “chocolate” days are quite capable to lead to loss of weight, but also, its observance for sweets lovers can become the present pleasure.

Negative. In constant struggle against superfluous lbs the Chocolate diet, as well as any other monodiet, is not panacea.
