The diet for lowering the level of “bad” cholesterol is basis on soy. Also porridges enter into a diet plan and other products from oats and barley which contain lots of vegetative fiber. Fiber sources are also almond nuts and the dishes prepared with them, with the high maintenance of soy fiber, nuts and grain fibers. Instead of animal fat the diet joins margarine, sauces and salad seasonings based on vegetable oils. At diet for lowering cholesterol there are seeds of a plantain flea (you can find it in drugstores). To vegetables it is recommended to add eggplants.

It is desirable to include in the menu more beans (peas, beans, and lentil), cereals, fish and fruit and more often to cook food on an olive oil. The soya, vegetables, fruit – contain soluble cellulose in water (pectin, fiber). It is a lot of pectin in a black currant, plums, apricots, carrots, apples. Promotes depression of cholesterol also fiber which contains in the grain: wholegrain bread, groats (oat, buckwheat), wild rice, bran.
