“You will get rid of excess weight ton!” – speaks Cilla Black. She offers you a super diet thanks to which you can dump one month about 10 lbs. The key rule – is as much as possible vegetables and fruit. Calculations of calories are not resulted, but keep in mind that average weight of a ration of fish or meat – 150
We offer you the following principle of construction of a diet: “rigid” week, “light” week etc.
The first and third weeks
The alcohol on this diet is excluded. But simple and mineral water can drink how many want; besides, we recommend you dietetic beverages, a black coffee and lemon tea without sugar.
Breakfast: half of melon, a grapefruit or a mango, a toast from bread with bran.
Dinner (choose one of offered options):
- Cold meat (to remove all fats), slices of tomatoes, salad with green vegetables;
- The fish prepared on a grill, green vegetables, a wholegrain bread slice;
- Lettuce from fresh fruit (as much as you want);
- The transparent broth, two soft-boiled eggs or «in a saccule», salad with green vegetables, tomatoes, a wholegrain bread slice;
- 75 g cottage cheese, the bread slice, the admixed salad with an “unlimited” set, fruit.
Supper (choose one of offered options):
- The fish prepared on a grill, green vegetables, fresh fruit, a wholegrain bread slice;
- A low-fat stake or a chop (without fats), green vegetables or lettuce;
- A baked pudding from mutton or beef (to remove all fats), lettuce or green vegetables;
- The hen fried or prepared on a grill or the turkey hen (without a skin), green vegetables or lettuce;
- A liver prepared on a grill, stewed onion, green vegetables or lettuce.
The second and fourth weeks
Key rule – try to keep in reasonable frameworks. In day you can indulge yourselves with a dry wine or champagne glass, add skim milk to coffee or tea. Do not include in the ration sugar, cream, puddings, pastries and sweets.
