Citron diet plan
This diet is very low-calorie. Only exclusively healthy people can adhere to it. Pregnant and feeding women can not follow this diet plan not because of absence of milk in diet (developers mention that), but ’cause of the connection with catastrophic shortage of necessary nutritious elements: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and mineral substances. That who will dare to follow so strict diet, is recommended to take an additional vitamin-mineral complex and not to adhere to diet longer then 3-4 weeks. In fact, after a month on this diet you will lose about 30 lbs.
Recommendations:
1. Last food intake 7 hours prior to a bed time.
2. Eat before leaving the house or half an hour before physical activity.
3. Before beginning the diet take laxative.
The menu.
Breakfast: glass of tomato or orange juice.
Lunch: grapefruit and 2 kiwi.
Dinner: 2 boiled egg whites, 150 g wheat bread, glass of water.
For the night: tea with lemon (without sugar).
