In the morning eat one soft-boiled egg. In three hours – approximately 5 oz of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup of green tea, in three hours again 5 oz of cottage cheese and tea. Then till next morning only mineral (spring) water. And no sugar or salt.

It is enough to hold on such diet two-three days – and you will lose from 3-5 lbs. The diet can be repeated only after three – four weeks because it is too heavy for an organism. You can take also some vitamins and minerals.
