Cleaning diet

  • Result: 3-6 lbs

The main purpose of this diet is clearing of an organism from toxins, stimulation of work of an intestine, vitaminization, and weight loss. The ration contains all necessary vitamins, minerals and is rich with fiber. An indigestible fiber stimulates digestion, activates burning of fats, and cleans an organism from harmful metabolic products. At this diet sugar level in blood is stabilized.

Within a week drink not less than 1/2 gal of fluid each day. For the night drink one glass of any sour-milk product (kefir, yogurt, butter milk).

The forbidden products: a fatty meat and meat food, smoked products; a white bread and bakery products; macaroni products and groats (except oat); fat milk, cottage cheese, yogurts with additives; sugar and sweets; alcohol.

Recommended products: lean meat, chicken; fish; any vegetables and fruit; oat; low-fat milk, yogurt, cottage cheese; wholegrain toasts; vegetable oil (corn, olive, and sunflower); sweeteners.

The approximate menu for a week

  • 1st day

Breakfast: half of grapefruit strewed with cinnamon, a slice of cheese, wholegrain toast, tea with the sweetener.
Lunch: cream soup from vegetables, boiled chicken breast (3.5 oz), salad from sprout wheat and carrots, filled with corn oil with sesame pips, a glass of plum juice.
Snack: shaken up fruit cream from the refrigerated fruit (3 oz), a glass of a natural yogurt with 1 tbsp of honey.
Dinner: the porridge cooked with skim milk, add dried or fresh fruit, butter milk (1 glass).

  • 2nd day

Breakfast: a fruit shake (kiwi, banana, and raspberry) with a natural yogurt, wholegrain toast.
Lunch: weak beef broth with a biscuit, salad (avocado, tomato, cucumber, leaves of lettuce with a lemon juice and olive oil), stuffed vegetables bell pepper, fresh peach.
Snack: green tea (1 glass), wholegrain toast.
Dinner: a fish baked pudding (3.5 oz), a boiled potato, boiled vegetable marrows with olive oil (3.5 oz), wholegrain toast, tea with the sweetener.

  • 3rd day

Breakfast: strawberry with the sweetener (3.5 oz), 2 wholegrain toasts, fresh orange juice.
Lunch: a chicken broth with a wholegrain toast, 2-3 boiled potatoes stuffed with tuna, cottage cheese and sweet corn, 2 fresh tomatoes, 5-6 fresh plums.
Snack: fresh fruit puree with a natural yogurt.
Dinner: boiled chicken meat (3.5 oz), boiled brown rice (2 oz), salad from fresh vegetables, and a glass of warm milk.

  • 4th day

Breakfast: celery (1 oz) with skim milk, fresh fruit, coffee with the sweetener.
Lunch: cream soup from asparagus, a chicken cutlet, salad from cabbage and a fresh cucumber with vegetable oil and a lemon juice, apple juice (1 glass).
Snack: brinsen cheese (2 oz) with a fresh fruit salad.
Supper: cornmeal mush with honey and sesame seeds, 1 cheese slice, butter milk (1 glass).

  • 5th day

Breakfast: salad from pear, apple, banana, filled with yogurt, wholegrain toast, and coffee with milk.
Lunch: vegetable ragout from vegetable marrows, cauliflower, tomatoes with parsley potherb, wholegrain toast, strawberry with skim milk.
Snack: sandwich from wholegrain breads with lettuce and avocado slices, orange juice (1 glass).
Dinner: 2-3 baked apples with a natural yogurt, a slice of brinsen cheese, wholegrain toast, tea with the sweetener.

  • 6th day

Breakfast: a toast with the baked tomatoes and the brinsen cheese, strewed with celery or parsley, tea with honey.
Dinner: fish soup with vegetables, wholegrain toast, a stewed beef liver (3.5 oz) with boiled beets, tomato juice (1 glass).
Snack: celery without sugar with low-fat natural yogurt.
Dinner: a stewed liver (5 oz), 2 boiled potatoes, 2 tomatoes, tomato juice (1 glass).

  • 7th day

Breakfast: a slice of a fast chicken, tomato, pineapple (3.5 oz), wholegrain toast, warm milk (1 glass).
Lunch: a vegetarian vegetable soup with fat-free sour cream, wholegrain toast, stewed fish (3.5 oz), boiled string beans and salad leaves, 2 apples.
Snack: a glass of a fruit juice with wholegrain toast.
Dinner: boiled salmon (5 oz), salad from fresh cabbage and olives with a lemon juice, wholegrain toast, kiwi, tea with the sweetener.
