CUCUMBER DIET

Cucumber diet

This diet is based on physiological feature of fresh cucumbers. It is stimulation of digestion and nutrition progression on an intestine, intestine cleaning, normalization of water-salt balance, skin purification, diuretic action, metabolism activation.

The basis of this diet is in made special way cucumber salad. 2 lbs of cucumbers (150 kcal) largely chopped, add 1 oz of mayonnaise (about 90 kcal). You may use sour cream instead of mayo – choose low-fat, with caloricity of 220 kcal for 3.5 oz. You may also add some salt slightly to salad, but it would be better to use pepper instead of salt, especially is better if you fill salad with mayonnaise. Flavor all with potherb for best taste (fennel, parsley, coriander, basil, celery) or add unsalted vegetable seasonings.

The mentioned above salad divide into three food intakes: 1st at 12-2 pm, 2nd at 4-5 pm and 3rd at 7-8. The last “cucumber call” you may flavor with 1 teaspoon (no more!) of vegetable oil instead of sour cream and mayonnaise (remember, that vegetable oils have very high caloricity – about 900 kcal). To each food intake add on a chunk of wheat bread (approximately 2 oz).

The sensation of satiety can be enhanced with taking microcrystalline cellulose – 5 tablets a day 20-30 minutes prior to meal, washing down with 1-2 glasses of spring water.

For the night (10-11 pm) eat the big apple or 2 oranges, a pear or banana, mixture from fruits (for about 100 kcal).
The breakfast and coffee/tea with sugar at work are allowed as usual.

Let’s count calories:

240 kcal – cucumber + mayonnaise;
300 kcal – 4 oz of bread;
100 kcal – fruit for the night;
200 kcal – breakfast;
60 kcal – tea/coffee with sugar at work;
Total: 900 kcal a day.

Do not forget to add to this ration vitamins since the full pattern of necessary vitamins neither in a cucumber, nor in mayonnaise with sour cream is present. Sit one week on cucumbers – and you will never regret!
