Cucumber diet II

Before each food intake eat one cucumber without salt. And in the evening after 6 pm eat only cucumbers without salt.

This diet is great because cucumbers contain a lot of water, about 95 percent. Cucumbers will deduce all slags from your organism and will accelerate metabolism. Cucumber contains folic acid and vitamins C, B etc.

It is useful for women to eat cucumbers during critical days: fluid in an organism will not accumulate in large amounts.
