Swiss dietitians diet plan
To all who wishes to lose weight, Swiss dieticians recommend to adhere every month within a week to the following plan of a food:
Breakfast (choose one of variants):
1. A milk glass, egg, 50 g wheat bread (approximately 2 slices);
2. Coffee with milk, 100 g low-fat gammon, 50 g a white loaf;
3. Coffee with milk, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 100 g bread, garden radish.
Snack:
1. Apple (100 g);
2. 100 g vegetable juice;
3. Fruit (100 g).
Lunch:
1. 200 g pike boiled or baked without fat (or another low-fat fish), 100 g green salad, 100 g boiled or baked potato, carrot juice;
2. Buttermilk, beef beefsteak (200 g) cooked without fat, 100 g boiled potato with parsley, sauerkraut, beets;
3. 250 g chicken cooked without fat, 100 g baked potato, salad with carrots, spinach, and vegetable juice.
Dinner:
1. Low-fat cheese (cottage cheese) with milk, 100 g salad with tomatoes or garden radish, 50 g wholegrain bread, tea without sugar;
2. 100 g fish soup, 50 g green salad or chicory, 50 g bread or rolls, broth of a dogrose with a sugar substitute;
3. 100 g the cottage cheese dissolved with milk, green onions, chicory or salad, 50 g bread or rolls, tomato juice.
The diet is balanced and contains enough of fibers, fats and carbohydrates. Sufficient caloric content and variety diet allow recommending it for long period following. However if you have serious chronic diseases, it is necessary to consult the doctor.
