Diet plan for flat stomach
Sometimes needed to lose weight not just in general but to get rid of fatty folds in separate “problem zones”. If this zone in your case is stomach, try to follow this diet.
Reduce to a minimum consumption of flour products and fancy bread. Consume vegetables and the fruit rich with vitamin C: citrus, salad leaves, tomatoes. Avoid salt, caffeine and sugar.
1-day menu (example)
Breakfast: boiled egg, orange.
Dinner: portion of low-fat chicken meat or fish, salad from fresh vegetables.
Snack: cheesecake or glass of fat-free yoghurt.
Supper: beef piece, 3 tbsp of boiled string bean, tomato.
