Man’s diet plan
Problems with excess weight are not related to women only, man suffer too. To get rid of “beer stomach” this nourishing enough diet caloric content of 1700 kcal will help. 2 month on such diet can be easily held.
Drink within day lots of water, tea and coffee without sugar. The portion of alcohol is allowed.
Do not add to vegetable salads oil or mayonnaise. If you want you can use lemon juice, vinegar; add spices, greens, garlic.
Choose one of the offered variants of breakfast, dinner and supper.
Breakfast:
1) unsweetened flakes (25 with milk, 125 ml of orange juice without sugar, 2 crackers with jam (1 tsp), an apple or an orange;
2) half of grapefruit, soft-boiled egg, a bread piece, a tomato, 50 g mushrooms;
3) a toast, a tomato, a pear.
Snack: fruit.
Dinner:
1) 175 g a boiled potato, 90 g a tuna in own juice, an orange;
2) a piece of a hen, a ham or a turkey, vegetable salad with a lemon juice, a glass of yoghurt without sugar.
Snack: fruit.
Supper:
1) 75 g any low-fat fried meat, 75 g mashed potatoes on skim milk, a roll from a flour of the rough grinding, a baked apple, 50 g raisin;
2) 2 200 g hens without a skin, a roll, an orange;
3) 100 g a liver prepared without oil, vegetable salad, 75 g a boiled potato, an apple;
4) 100 g a stewed mincemeat with tomatoes, greens and garlic, 50 g a spaghetti.
Dessert:
1) a toast from bread with the bran, smeared with jam or jam;
2) 50 g cheese;
3) 2 dry biscuits;
4) a roll filled with salad from a hen and cheese.
