So, the diet should include following products:
200-300 g low-fat meat or fish;
2 eggs;
2 glasses of skim milk;
50 g sugar (7 teaspoons);
50 g low-fat cottage cheese;
100-150 g breads of a rough grinding;
100 g a potato or farinaceous dishes;
50 g oils;
Some vegetables and fruit.
