Dr. Hauser diet plan
The diet of famous American Dr. Hauser promotes improvement of condition of skin and weight reduction. It is balanced enough, offering enough of the irreplaceable amino acids, necessary vitamins and mineral substances, however is very poor calories (about 1000 calories). Therefore do not follow it for more than 2 weeks. It is recommended to take additional multi-vitamins.
Especially doctor underlines importance of mineral (pure) water – it promotes clarification of a gastroenteric path and skin humidifying. Choose unsweetened fruits for this diet plan. If you wish you can add to daily ration some vegetable soup.
The approximate daily menu
- Breakfast: 100 g fresh fruit or vegetable juice, hard boiled egg, toast, 1 tsp of honey or jam, cup of tea or coffee with milk.
- Lunch: vegetable salad, cottage cheese, wholegrain toast, fruit, glass of herbal tea or dogrose broth.
- Dinner (till 6 pm): 200 g vegetable salad with vegetable oil. Meat (fish) without garnish. Fruit or fruit juice.
- For the night: glass of milk or sour-milk product. 1 tsp of honey if you wish.
