Eastern diet

Eastern diet promises weight loss of 6-8 lbs after 10 days. This diet comes from family of famous protein diets. The daily rate of protein is about 8.5-10 oz. After 3-4 month you can repeat Eastern diet.
Meals are strictly regulated by time and amounts.
- 8 am – 1 cup of sweetened tea;
- 11 am – 1 hard boiled egg, 8 prune berries;
- 2 pm – 7 oz of fat-free beef, 3.5 oz of cabbage or carrots, 1 orange;
- 5 pm – 1 oz of feta cheese, 1 apple or orange;
- 8 pm – 1 glass of butter milk.
Eastern diet is 10-day program. Drink as much as you need. After 10 days switch to 4 meal nutrition but do not eat a lot. Leave table with a little hunger. Try to avoid sweets, bakery, salted and fat products.
