Effective weight loss diet plan
The given diet concerns the category of protein-vegetative (to the most numerous in a camp of short-term diets). The quantity of carbohydrates and fats is considerably lowered, also as well as the general caloric content of a diet. Weight loss will occur quickly enough, however more than two weeks following this diet is not recommended.
The menu for two days
The first day
- Breakfast (7-8 am): 100 g salad from any vegetables without salt with vegetable oil, 70 g boiled low-fat meat, unsweetened strong tea.
- Snack (11-12 am): big apple or pear.
- Lunch: 100 g a boiled chicken, 150 ml of vegetable soup, fruit drink with dried fruits without sugar.
- Dinner: omelet with 3 eggs without milk, 30 g of cottage cheese.
- For the night: glass of buttermilk or glass of juice (apple, tomato).
The second day
- Breakfast: 100 g boiled fish, 70 g a boiled potato, unsweetened tea or coffee.
- Snack: 100 g apples or a glass of apple juice.
- Lunch: 200 ml of vegetable soup, glass of fruit drink without sugar.
- Supper: 200 g vegetable ragout on sunflower-seed oil, unsweetened strong tea.
- For the night: glass of mineral water.
